Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified. Contact us anytime through our Contact Us Page.
We Do Not Offer Refunds If:
- The wrong size, color, or variant was ordered
- The shipping address was entered incorrectly
- You changed your mind after purchase
- The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Order Cancellations
